I’m Shelly, the founder of The Anartist Collective. This won’t just be a collective but a creative hub across the board, so everyone can display and exchange talents. I will be running this on a totally voluntary basis. All artists are listed and added on a voluntary basis and if you find value in what I and the other members and contributors to the collective do, you can help out by donating what you can by emailing me at shelly@anartistcollective.com. I appreciate any and all help. This is open to everyone that has a talent to show off, whether or not they have something to sell. It’s a good way to get away from the doom and gloom of daily life, to focus on actually creating something and sharing it with our communities. I want people from all walks of life, all belief systems, I want everyone to forget their differences and connect on what we all have in common, and I want to be all support each other as well.
Please excuse the mess as I get the site together. It’s been a really long time since I’ve had a website and I’m learning everything all over again. I’ve started by adding my own galleries. You can find a link to my gallery page by clicking on the Creatives Directory, then visual artists and Shelly Olmstead. It’s an idea of where I will be going with this website, collective and creatives hub. I really hope everyone enjoys this as much as I know I will. The next gallery I’ll be adding is for our co-founder and AM WakeUp’s resident Martoonist Angela Anderson. I’ll keep up with announcements here to update when new artist and crafstman galleries are added to the site. This is only the beginning of many great things to come!
