Meditation Waves

Eyes open from dark,
Facing East, towards the morning Sun.
The horizontal plane,
Still averting the profane.
Waterfall lotus pouring forth.
The crown entangled, merged.
Giving from the wellspring,
The waves trickle out.
Rolling back and into itself,
Reflection eternal.
“It will move in you, it will move through you and it will move all around you.”
Green heart, life, vegetation. Fluid.
Generation, touching generations.
Wellspring eternal.
Lovelife.
Nature for the contemplative, connection for the courageous.
Horizontal, within and without.
Nature, the great teacher that engulfs or hugs.
The mirror on this plane.
Shatter the glass and walk through.
